nel 1959, una società di fatto tra gli eredi e successivamente,
nel 1979, una Società a responsabilità limitata
nel rispetto della compagine familiare e con la graduale aggiunta
delle nuove generazioni. Nella Provincia di Lecce, l’industria
calzaturiera rappresenta oggi la più importante risorsa
a livello occupazionale e di mercato. |

Elata was the first shoe industry
in the district and became known as a school to the many new
entrepreneurs.
After his death, in 1959, his sons developed the business expanding
to the whole of Italy and Europe. Supplying quality women’s
shoes became the leading product of Elata.
In 1980 the new factory began operating and in 1985 Elata started
the production of bridal shoes. |
